skype problems

i am having problems with skype and was wondering if anyone else does or knows how to fix them
first when i receive calls i cant accept or reject the the window disapers but i still hear the ringing and if i want to call someone it locks up. wtf am i ding?

I have it and the only time that happens to me is if I have horrible signal?
