When I first started this clan I had orchestrated it into an exclusive community which no one could become a part of without the approval of the leader. Things have changed. Everyone (excluding new members… sorry, you know how it is) has a say now. The clan has always been evolving. Who knows what this will become. It’s not like there are guidelines to creating a successful clan. All I know is that one must have high goals to expect high achievement.

Hello everyone,

I’m wrapping up my last semester of university. The next four months are going to be hectic for me as I will graduate from my Design program in April. One of my graduating courses involves creating a grad show that will showcase the top five best pieces from all 107 students to people in the design industry. Most of the students get hired during this time. In my case, I’ve been running my own design company (icedive.ca) alongside this clan for the past few years, both of which I plan to push full time when I’m done with school. The grad show will cost my year approx. $60,000 to produce. Which means I have to put a lot of work in to school related work this semester (90 hours equates to getting a C mark, they don’t tell us how many hours gets an A). I just can’t dedicate the time needed to make the clan what I want it to become. So… I complete school… then I can complete 2ez.

That being said, I’m not going to be able to game much for the next four months so I have let my cousin (some of you recently know him as ZeeMemfis) borrow my ps3 until I’m closer to graduating. I will not be able to dedicate the time needed for this clan to finally make something of it until I’m out of school. This actually works out perfectly with regards to demonic’s graduation. We will both be out at the same time and have discussed building the clan full time alongside our daily jobs. Come April I really want to push 2ez to it’s full potential and utilize the raw talent that has been accumulating over the past two years. Everyone in 2ez will be needed to revamp and recreate this clan from the ground up. I want to formulate a powerful team that will actually benefit (whether monetary and/or recognition from the gaming community) from the combined effort of every member. That is a job that one person can not do alone. Everything from managing the social facebook/twitter, casting on youtube, monitoring the forums, competing in gamebattles, negotiating with advertisers and sponsors and dealing with the clan finances are all serious responsibilities.

I’m currently working on a faster, bug-free mobile site for 2ez that I will most likely showcase in my grad show as one of my top five pieces. The new site site will make it easier for everyone to communicate with each other and will strengthen our community. Anyways, if anyone is close to Toronto around mid-April and wants to check out a badass design show give me a shout and I’ll show you around ;), Niagara Falls is 2ez that time of year.

PS. I will still be around, working on the new website, designing signatures, you know, whatever I do
